Just thought I would check in..I did not exercise today, but I am doing really good with my food intake. No soda for 3 days now which is really good for me because I am a soda aholic. I am trying really hard with my carbs too. I like the bread..But I seem to be very focused on this and determined to loose the weight..Which is a good thing!!! I am in between gyms right now so I will be doing other forms of exercise.. But all in all I am feeling pretty good......

1st day of working out...

Today is Monday Feb.22, 2010, and the 1st. day of my exercising regimen. I woke up today feeling great and in the right frame of mind, as to start exercising. I feel that you should always be in the right frame of mind, totally committed to that one thing you are about to start, and today was the day. Believe me I have been waiting for this day to come...Soooo, my girlfriend Daria and I go to the gym. I ride the stair master thing for 10 mins, and I am done. That's it...done. My heart is pounding so fast, I think boy I should res. I made her get off her exercise bike, and we went to sit in the steam shower. It was really relaxing and although I only worked out for about 15 min. total, I feel better. And tomorrow is going to be a better day...longer workout. I think maybe 17 mins. You know what they say, work yourself up to it...don't go all gung-ho in one day....o.k. I won't!!!!

This is me and my husband Rudy. We have been married for 20 yrs come the 26th of May of 2010. We have 6 children. There ages run from 18yr. old down to 8 yr. old twins. Everyone always says to me "oh you must be catholic, because they don't believe in birth control". Well that wasn't really the case. We actually never discussed how many children we wanted, we just kept going. It is weird because I have 2 kids born in the month of May, and 2 kids born in the month of July, and 2 kids born in the month of October. My husband never complained, although one time he did say to me, are we done yet, and after my twins, "which was a huge surprise" I said " we are done". He said to me one time "our house will always be busy, loud, and cray.. holidays will never be quite, and dull, we will always be surrounded by children and hopefully grandchildren I will never want it any other way". God, I love that man!!!
